Marianne Lardilleux

Marianne Lardilleux is a French architect who graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture in Versailles. After working at architecture studios, Lardilleux started her retail design career at Louis Vuitton in 2010. In 2012, she transitioned to Céline where she spearheaded the implementation of the brand’s new design concept with the Mount Street flagship in London.

 

Lardilleux joined Aēsop in 2016 as Store Design Manager for the Americas. There, she rebuilt the regional store design team and oversaw Aēsop’s retail portfolio with a focus on customer experience and sustainability. In 2020, she was appointed as Head of Store Design at the global level, and became Director of Global Retail Design in 2023.
