The vision of Dennis Chan, Founder and Creative Director of Qeelin, the Mainland's first luxury jewellery brand, is to bring the best of the Mainland to the world. Chan received design education from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He went to London with scholarship, where he started his designer path. He then returned to Hong Kong and joined the design consultancy headed by Ken K. Shimasaki.

Chan has been invited to work on many international projects, including the official VIP commemorative wristwatch at the handover ceremony of Hong Kong in 1997, and the Millennium Clock Tower in 2000. He won numerous awards such as The Chartered Society of Designers, Good Design Award in Japan (G-Mark), Singapore Design Awards, and Maison&Objet Paris. His designs have been exhibited at the world-famous Louvre and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

Chan believes design has no boundaries as his lifelong passion for design evolves towards luxury jewellery. He brings a contemporary viewpoint to Chinese arts and creates artistic, iconic designs.
